1. The service
MKD is a free tool that converts documents, slides and images into Markdown (.md) files. All conversion runs in your browser; no files are uploaded to us.
2. Acceptable use
You may use MKD for personal or commercial work. You must only convert files you own or have the right to process, and you must not use the service for unlawful content or attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer it.
3. No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Conversion accuracy is not guaranteed — layout, tables, images and recognised text may be imperfect. Always review the output before relying on it.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the service, including lost data or inaccurate conversions.
5. Advertising
The service is funded by advertising. See the Privacy Policy for how ads and consent are handled.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
